HB-2053    Establishes Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Specifies membership, powers and duties of commission. Requires
Director of Human Services to consult with commission regarding
Oregon Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Program and eliminates
advisory committee that advises director regarding program.

HB-2783  Requires Department of Transportation to issue Oregon Trail
registration plate. Imposes surcharge on issuance of plate, to be
transferred to Oregon School for the Deaf and Oregon School for

HB-2914       Connects definition of taxable income for purposes of Oregon personal income and corporate tax laws to federal Internal
Revenue Code as code is from time to time amended. Updates
connection date to federal Internal Revenue Code for provisions
other than those governing definition of taxable income.
  Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2010.
  Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
(This Bill also has the amendment to add back the severely disabled exception for the Deaf)
